I'm not sure how the outer edges of the stamp became yellow...but oh well. 
This is to counteract those stamps (or more generally people's opinions) of what honesty is. I hate when people try to mask the harmful things they say to people by saying they are just being honest. No. You're not being honest. You just have bad manners.
Didn't your mother ever teach you "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all."?
We all should know how to filter our mouths without thinking that we are taking away our freedom of speech. This has nothing to do with politics or culture, it's about individual morals and values.
Note: This is only about the people who like to be "brutally honest" as they call it. That's bullshit and you know it.
